Frankie Dakota Noles

A Marion man was taken into custody after authorities say he broke into several residences in April.

Detective Rick Gutierrez, of the Marion Police Department, charged Frankie Dakota Noles, 22, of Miller Avenue in Marion with three counts of breaking and entering and three counts of larceny after breaking and entering.

On April 18 through May 3, Noles is accused of allegedly breaking into three different outbuildings and stealing yard equipment, with a total value of $1,085.

Gutierrez said an investigation led to Noles who was also wanted on felony probation violations. Det. Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office received a tip on Wednesday about Noles’ whereabouts and he was taken into custody.

None of the property was recovered.

His bonds for these alleged crimes total $100,000. His first court appearance was Thursday.
