NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF CABARRUS vs. EDNA SLOOP DOUGHERTY and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of EDNA SLOOP DOUGHERTY and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 17-CVD-1068, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 21st day of February, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, Concord, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Number Four (4) Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: TRACT TWO: Beginning at a stake in the southern edge of Dixie Lane at the front corner of Lot Nos. 84 and 85 (which said beginning is N. 77-30 W. 175 ft. from the southwestern intersection of Justice Ave. and Dixie Lane) and runs thence with the southern edge of Dixie Lane and with the front of Lot Nos. 84, 83, and 82 N. 77 30 W. for 75 ft. to a stake, the front corner of Lot Nos. 81 and 82; thence with the dividing line of Lot Nos. 81 and 82, S. 12-30 W. for 150 ft. to a stake, the back corner of Lot Nos. 81 and 82; thence with the back of Lot Nos. 82, 83 and 84, S. 77-30 E. for 75 ft. to a stake, the back corner of Lot Nos. 84 and 85; thence with the dividing line of Lot Nos. 84 and 85, N. 12-30 E. for 150 ft. to Dixie Land and the beginning.
