NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HICKORY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at a meeting of the Hickory Regional Planning Commission to be held in the Council Chambers of the Julian G. Whitener Municipal Building in Hickory, North Carolina, at 76 North Center Street, on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. upon the question of the following: 1. Conditional Zoning Ordinance 18-26 Amendment. Consideration of an amendment to the conditional zoning ordinance creating the Trivium Corporate Center. Said amendment would modify the required building setbacks along Startown Road and Robinwood Road. The properties affected by the proposed amendment are located at 1764 Trivium Parkway and 10 unaddressed parcels between Startown Road and Robinwood Road. These properties are also identified as PINS 3721-17-22-0111, 3721-17-11-9870, 3721-17-212704, 3721-18-22-8125, 3721-17-31-6604, 3721-18-331-5890, 3721-18-32-4209, 3721-18-32-2338, 3721-14-32-5073, 3721-14-22-5546, 3721-17-22-2127 on the Catawba county GIS maps. 2. Text Amendment (TA) 19-01. Consideration of an amendments to Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14 the Hickory Land Development Code. The proposed amendments involve an annual review and subsequent recommended revisions to the Hickory Land Development Code. At the said hearing, all interested persons may be heard and voice any objections they may have to the proposed item(s). Anyone wishing to speak for or against the proposed item(s) should sign up to speak on the night of the meeting. Notice is further given that complete copies of the said proposal(s) and copies of this notice are now and will remain on file in the Office of the Planning Department in the said Municipal Building until the time for said public hearing for the inspection of all interested citizens.
