NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Iredell County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF IREDELL vs. PINNACLE PLUS PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, INC., and all possible assigns and successors of PINNACLE PLUS PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, INC., or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 15-CVD-2899, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 17th day of December, 2018, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Iredell County, North Carolina, Statesville, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: BEING a lot of land fronting 45 feet on Marshall Street (formerly called Garfield Avenue) and running back 150 feet and being part of Lot Nos. White property, as shown on a map of said property recorded in Deed Book 34, Page 601, to which reference is hereby made and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the East side of Marshall Street (formerly called Garfield Avenue) 55 feet from the intersection of Charles Street (formerly called Mills Street) and Marshall Street, and running South 80 degrees 45 minutes East 150 feet to a stake; thence North 6 degrees 30 minutes East 45 feet to a stake, Sam White's corner (now or formerly) thence North 80 degrees 45 minutes West with Sam White's (now or formerly) line 150 feet to a stake on the East side of Marshall Street; thence South 6 degrees 30 minutes West and with the East side of Marshall Street, 45 feet to the Beginning, and being the identical property conveyed to Beulah Oliver by deed of Frances G.
