McDowell County sheriff’s deputies are looking for two dirt bikes stolen over the past couple of weeks and the culprits who took them.

Arnold Hudgins, of Marion, reported on Tuesday, Nov. 7 that someone removed a green 110 Kawasaki dirt bike from the carport of a residence at 1025 Crisp Drive.

The bike was taken sometime between 1:30 and 2:50 p.m. that day.

In a separate incident, Tommy Caraway reported on Sunday, Oct. 22 that someone stole a black and white 2008 Yamaha XT-250 street and trail bike from his property at 564 Green St. Loop in Marion.

Caraway’s bike was taken sometime between 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 and 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 22.

Anyone with information concerning the thefts, suspects or whereabouts of the stolen bikes is asked to call Detective Billie Brown or Detective Nathan Mace at 652-2237 or McDowell County Crime Stoppers at 65-CRIME (652-7463).
