Four McDowell High students were charged after they were found on campus with liquid THC last month, authorities said Thursday.
Deputy Jason Cook of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Nathaniel McClaine Bradley, 18, address listed as Zeb Vance Street in Marion; 16-year-old Erin Hunter Paris, address listed as Railroad Street in Marion; and a 14-year-old male, all McDowell High students, with possession of marijuana on school grounds.
On Monday, May 6, the three were caught with 1 gram of liquid THC after one appeared to be under the influence of the drug.
In a separate but similar case, Cook also charged 17-year-old Taylor Cole Garland, address listed as Ellis Street in Marion, with possession of marijuana.
The teen was caught by a teacher on Friday, May 31 with .5 gram of liquid THC.
