TULSA, Okla. — A 16-year-old girl who was reportedly shot by her mother in eastern Oklahoma has died of her injuries, according to a family spokeswoman.
Kloee Toliver, who was declared brain-dead Monday, died about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Her organs will be donated to eight people, the spokeswoman said.
Toliver's mother, Amy Leann Hall, reportedly shot Toliver while she was asleep. Toliver's 18-year-old brother, Kayson, was killed and her 14-year-old sister was released from the hospital Tuesday.
Hall now faces two complaints of first-degree murder, the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday night.
